Rico's roommate has invented a potion that shrinks things, including a tiny town he now owns. But the roommate accidentally shrinks himself, and Rico now has power over him. Rico approaches the city and keeps stepping on the buildings. "Oops sorry dude, I'm so fucking clumsy- SMASH- oh bro I did it again." 
 
Rico falls over the buildings, his hands and legs also crushing them. He soon finds the power to be fun and takes his tiny roommate and places him between his sweaty toes. He goes from a chill clutz to an evil God.
