In this story, Jonny doesn't know he's being explored by a tiny spacecraft (O.S) that flies around his body as he watches and comments on sports. The muscular jock is so into the game, he doesn't notice how close the spaceship gets. Up towards his mouth, nose, and very much into his armpit hair. A strong portion of the first half focuses on Jonny just watching sports but being explored very close up.
Jonny gets some lunch and eats it sloppily, burping and keeping his focus on the game. His mouth opens wide a lot, and we see right inside. 
After eating, Jonny gets tired and lays down. The spaceship continues to explore the giant's body - and gets right up close to hear heavy breathing and snoring.
